The CA-Bundle file namecheap provides needs the CA-Bundle converted. This can be done under the PEM to PCKS#7 using this site. Then import the file which will import everything windows needs for ADFS.

For Ruckus it needs the main cert as .crt. The intermediate certificate you will need to open the ca-bundle file with notepad++ and copy the two blocks into separate .crt files and save them that way.
The .key file has to be exported from a PFX then use openSSL to extract the .key into a .pem file.
